“Did she do it, she doesn’t know, Lina Morgana had to go.”
A conspiracy theory that was started by random people online in 2007 is about Lina Morgana who moved from Russia to America with her mother. Lina was in love with music and wanted to start a career in music and met a producer named Fusari, who was a popular producer who worked with other musicians such as Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, and Will Smith. Later on, Fusari brought in Gaga who he tried to make a female version of “The Stokes.” At Fusari’s studio, both Morgana and Gaga wrote and recorded a dozen songs together but none were released.
Morgana would start to prepare her debut album by posing for publicity stunts which would later be Gaga’s staples. The transformation into Lady Gaga began as Fusari began to help Gaga with her debut solo album. Lina’s album never came out for some reason, but someone else’s did and that was Lady Gaga’s “The Fame” which would quickly race up the charts and would go on to sell 12 million copies.
It’s pretty obvious that this made Lina very upset as she was supposed to release her debut album first.
“The Fame” dropped Aug. 19, 2008 and won multiple awards. Unfortunately, two months later, 19 Year Old Lina Morgana died by suicide by jumping off the roof of a Staten Island Hotel on Oct. 4, 2008. This situation was not brought up by her mother until two years later when her mother, Yana Morgana, took her story to the New York Post saying that Gaga stole her daughter’s career, although Yana lost her daughter, she does not want to sue Gaga but actually wants people to recognize her daughter and her music.
This issue also led to an issue with Gaga and her producer Fusari.
Months later, Fusari, who is Gaga’s producer, filed a $30 million lawsuit against Gaga in 2010 over song royalties and claimed that he wrote her hit song “Paparazzi” and alleged that he was shortchanged on his royalties. This case was dismissed by the New York Supreme Court and the legal dispute between Gaga and her former producer was resolved.
The belief is that Gaga did sacrifice this poor young girl who tried to make a name for herself for fame.
