Flash! An instant burst of light cracks through darkness as 2Hollis announces yet another world tour.
Fans rush on ticket websites to purchase their The Star Tour tickets before 2Hollis arrives in Royal Oak, Michigan, on October 3rd.
“I’m going to do my makeup all cute and try to have my nails done that match my outfit,” junior Abagail Mirakaj said. “I’m going to make sure I have a camera to take pictures and videos of the concert, as well as having a fully charged phone.”
To prepare for the concert, fans dress up and recreate 2Hollis’ iconic black stripe on his face and replicate his style to match and add to the vibe of the concert. This creates not only an atmosphere that revolves around Hollis’ music, but his influence on fashion as well.
“Some songs I’m really excited to hear are ‘crush’ and ‘nerve,’” junior Ariana Tucker said. “I would also love to get to the barricade for the show and possibly meet him after the concert, as he’s leaving.”
Crowds at previous concerts were injury prone. Hair was ripped out, clothes were ruined, and even bones were broken. Despite this, concert goers are still eager to be at the front of the mosh and be closer to Hollis, showing how dedicated his fanbase is.
“2Hollis’ concerts look super cool and the crowd seems crazy,” senior Alexander Oxie said. “He has a lot more energy than other artists, and I would’ve gone to his concert if it wasn’t in one of my game days.”
As the flash fades, the anticipation lingers. 2Hollis ignites excitement across the globe, bringing new unheard songs and a memorable performance for many.
