From the beginning in Australia, to the final race in Abu Dhabi, who will come out on top?
Will Mclaren come out on top with the Drivers’ Championship, or will Max Verstappen continue his dominance winning five in a row?
“I think Max Verstappen will win because you can never count him out,” 2025 graduate Lucas Martin said. “The car is pretty bad, but he is the best driver right now.”
Max Verstappen has been known for dominating the sport for the last four years and has won four straight championships. However, as time goes on, the car seems to be on a decline, while McLaren seems to have two of the best young drivers with very bright futures.
“McLaren is the best team right now–they are definitely going to win the Constructors Championship,” 2025 graduate Kelvin Ferido said. “I think either of their drivers have potential to win the Drivers’ Championship.”
The favorite to win the Drivers’ Championship is Max Verstappen, but right behind him are the two Mclaren Drivers. The first is Lando Norris, who is seen as the person who will dethrone Max, but some argue his teammate Oscar Piastri is the better McLaren driver and should win the championship.
“I think that McLaren should push Oscar instead of Lando,” 2025 graduate Cristiano Ruhl said. “I think he makes way fewer mistakes and is overall a better driver.”
After twenty-four fierce battles, one will stand tallest earned through determination, pursuit, and being persistent.
