The long-awaited third season of the period piece “Bridgerton” has finally been announced to be released. It will be released in two parts; the first half of the season will be out on May 14 and the second half will be out June 13. This season has been anticipated because the main love interest’s love story has been building up since season one.
“I’m looking forward to seeing any new love stories that might happen in this season,” sophomore Sarah Borland said. “Also how the relationship between Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton will be continued.”
In this new season of the show, there are some exciting things to look forward to. As mentioned, Penelope and Colin’s relationship continues as the second season was left as a cliffhanger for people.
“I see this season having many ups and downs,” freshman Georgia Difalco said. “It might have betrayals from the first season, and also lots of drama, and even new things happening.”
Fans of this show anticipate that there will be new characters introduced into the season, and more drama added of course. Also, some new intriguing news can be revealed throughout this season.
“I think this new season is going to focus on Penelope and Colin’s relationship,” sophomore Jaclyn Dudde said. “Also, I think Simone and Johnathon might return for season three.”
A new season of “Bridgerton” is just the right thing to start off the summer season. The perfect show to binge as school comes to an end.
